Seazen was birthed after the two founders, Mohammad N. AlDhubaib and Mohammad J. AlDhubaib, dedicated a one year apprenticeship under Sicilian chef Nino Trapani. After absorbing the culture of authentic Italian cuisine, the founders came back home to Kuwait to launch their first culinary experience, Melenzané.

More than just a restaurant, the founders fused the cultures of the Italians with that of the GCC. They adapted the cuisine and innovated to serve their customers an integrated restaurant experience that was inspired by authentic Italian culture to what has now birthed Seazen.

Our reach extends across four countries within the GCC region: Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, the UAE, and KSA.
