Following a year of training with an authentic Sicilian Chef named Nino Trapani, two young Kuwaiti entrepreneurs drew much inspiration from their experience and returned home to develop Melenzané in 2009. But they weren’t going to settle with being just another Italian restaurant. The two masterminds wanted to marry east and west, and fuse the classic and the modern, in order to create a twister of sights, sounds and most importantly – tastes.
Today Seazen’s Group counts more than 3 concepts: Melezane, Trapani and Recco. Seazen services are now present in four countries in the GCC region: Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and KSA. Seazen develops and creates lifestyle concepts and services. Passion is what keeps us cooking. It goes beyond the dining experience it is a lifestyle. It is not only about culinary pleasantness It is about helping people to connect.
